This will be my last time dealing with this company, Alltimetrading.

We place an order on our first shipment awhile back - While receiving it we were already missing a couple of items. We called in about the situation and they practically gave us a run around. We then proceed into ordering our second shipment( a big mistake ) so we can at least get the credit from the first. And what do you know - we were missing a couple of items as well. When i called in to do a follow up, all i got was ill get back to you while i look into the archives......1 week pass , 2,3 now in the third month he finally tells me he cant do anything about it cause it was several months back. No compensation no anything......Wasted my time and effort in calling multiple times everyweek just to get an outcome or see what he can do or help but all in all - i have to take the hit and lose out.

After being told about a credit offer. We place another order where we were paying the difference. Products was never ship and on top of that we called the companys toll free line 1-855-221-0536. The operator on the other line mention that Alltimetrading was out of business. But when we Message in the live Chat from their website they were willing to help us place an order online and through the phone.

Everything is saved and filing a chargeback from the Credit card company - Will not do business again and everyone should be warn from this company. Jack is very misleading and his business ethics is definitely bad

Your Issue Of Missing Merchandise

Thank you for reporting your buying experience with us, However as a buyer you are responsible to contact us immediately or even with in a normal time frame to report missing or lost merchandise. Your report came in to us 9 months after your purchase. Clearly not with in a normal time frame for us to recollect exactly what boxes your merchandise was packed in and shipped with UPS.  We have provided all of the UPS tracking numbers that you signed for 9 months ago January of 2012. It is now Sept 2012 what are you expecting ? makes us think maybe your not capable of even checking in an order accordingly. To be clear our return policy is return or report any product for a full refund with in 5 business days after receipt of damages or missing merchandise, or 30 days for store credit, NOT 9 Months.
