Allvetmed.com Blamed Lost by UPS after month delay, Internet

First delay of 3 weeks blamed on shipment from manufacturer not arriving, so remaining items were held. Second delay of 1 week blamed on UPS losing the package. They offered to re-ship it! After a solid month of game playing, I cancelled the order. We will see whether they credit my card for the $100 I paid them for absolutely nothing!!

They also played the waiting game on the phone and disconnecting my calls. Had to press the connection for the Vet's office okaying a script to get someone back on the line. It was the same person. Placing my trust and patience in this company was completely a mistake. I will take this to the attorney general if necessary. This company is one big scam!
