Alore Skin Care When cancelling spoke to Alison H I made a mistake by ordering a "free sample" with credit card details for supposedly just the delivery charge of approx £4 on 29/3/14 - only to notice on my bank statement that I was charged over £80 for the monthly delivery of the product!!! So exactly the same situation as reported by other unsuspected customers !! Internet order from London UK Internet
Same situation as reported by other people re Alire Skin Care!!! Supposedly free products with only the credit card charge of approx £4 for the delivery. Order took place on 29/3/14 the delivery note said nothing about the now existence of an automatic monthly charge of £80 or in my case $168 Aussie dollars - so I was most surprised a out seeing this charge on my bank statement. I phoned and (hopefully) cancelled the future orders but there was no way to reverse this charge as the 14 days since ordering has expired !!! They timed it to perfection to not allow a day or two to cancel the order!!!
This is should not be allowed by law!!! Even if there is some small print somewhere at the time of free offer!! Typicall American, UK should veto them here!!! Terrible!! No humanity in these companies and these protocols - what law allows this to happen under the practices act?!!
