Alpha Card - Viridian Payment Solutions They falsified my hours and only paid me for 8 hours at $7.25 When I should have been paid for 20 hours at 10.00 Tempe Arizona

I too hired on to work for what I thought was Alpha Card Services. That is who we told the Merchant we were over the phone. I worked for a total of 4 days for this company and I started to feel ill when I made calls to the Merchants, as we were told in training meetings that we really don't save the Merchant anything, we just hide the charges well! Also we were telling the Merchants that Alpha Card Services IZZZZ the Tier 2 National Interchange Provider, making them think they can't get our rates with any other company. In training we were told this is a 'little white lie'....and that was on the second day I worked for them.

The supervisor there, Tamera, she has got to be the ghetto-bitty of all time! I watched her fire a lady, who was doing really well, all because she didn't put her cord up in the air fast enough. That Tamera has NOOO business being a manager! Then, when I had a family member seriously ill, I had to call in. The second day I told them I would be 1 hour late, and that Tamera woman told me I forfeited my job. "So, you're firing me Tamera?" I asked. 'No you quit,' Tamera said. "No, I am calling in to tell you I will be late." She told me I would have $50 taken out of my $7.25 an hour, that was supposed to be $10 hourly, for parking! It's only $8 a day full price, and I signed a form to pay them $22 twice a month! She hung up on me and would not return my calls. Tamera had some hag call me who said she was the owner of another company name, and I asked her who is THAT? She said, "That is your employer!" I told her I worked for Alpha Card Services and she said no I did not!

I'm telling everyone, employee or Merchant - STEER CLEAR of this company!!! They are corrupt, through and through!!! Arizona Industrial Commission is getting my report on them next!!!
