Alpine Mortgage Of Eden Prarie Changed the type of loan and the percentage with our explaining it to us! Eden Prarie Minnesota

Chad, with Alpine mortgage suggested we refinance our home loan due to the equity we had. He said we were approved for a split loan to get rid of our PMI and the % rate would be 4% and 6%. He instructed us that over three years our home loan would go from $170,000.00 to Appx $97,000.00. We were still new to the home owner thing and we beleived him. He said that the % rate could only go up every three years about 3%. It is now three years later and our house payment has gone up so far that we can't afford it. We pay appx 2,000.00 a month on a loan valued at 163,000.00. We cant refinance because of our history of late payments in the last 8 months. Our loan is at a 10% intrest rate now.
The big thing that Chad did was that he approved us for 4% and 6% and the loans were started at 6% and 8%. He also told me I had to add my car loan into the refi or the bank didn't want us.

The guy CHAD, mislead us and he was a scam artist. He took advantage of two young and new home buyers! Now our home is entering forecloser on June 21st because we can't afford to catch up on the payments!
