Was this a company, is this a company? The truth needs to be out there. Why would you be given goals that aren't attainable? Why would you be blamed for things that have gone wrong for years, but you were expected to fix?
It is crazyness, why are people employed there who's sole purpose is to feed the ego of the leader? Why are men allowed to be extremely sexist and yet nothing is done to protect female employees from sexual harrasment?
I am much happier being gone from that oppressive atmosphere. Do not work here, it isn't a healthy place for people.
