Everyone needs to be aware of this company! They are total scam artists, liars and absolute crooks. They guaranteed us one rate with "no hidden charges" and then after a 3 hour move tapped on over $1,000 in extra charges such as tape and bubble wrap, which was specifically told to us was included. All together they only had to wrap a bedroom set and dining room table. It was a small two-bedroom condo! For that, they charged us over $1,000 in supplies! The whole move took less than 3 hours but we were charged the 3 hour minimum, which was told to us and was fine. They also did not speak any English, leaving us unable to explain to them to be more careful as they continued to damage our furniture. We called David and their main office, who is supposedly a "supervisor", to complain but he just kept telling us to take it up with his claims department and continued to hang up on us. To this day, we still have not received a return call or one dime back for the outrageous charges of over $1,400 in total. Again, this was only a 2 bedroom condo! This company hides behind two different moving company names and has various addresses in Los Angeles, as well as toll free numbers. Half of them I've found to be disconnected. We have reported them to the Public Utility Commission, and were told that they are currently being investigated.
