I was ordering items through Shop NBC Auction. It went well at first. I got my items in a timely manner and I was pleased with the items I received. At the beginning of December I ordered a couple items for Christmas presents. The 23rd of December rolled around and I still hadn't received the items.

I then got in touch with UPS, which was the company that delivered the items. Using the tracking numbers for these orders I came to find out that one item was sent to Florida and one item was sent to Pennsylvania, but I live in St. Albans, WV.

No problem, I thought. My plan was to call them and let them know and resolution would be a refund of my money or reshipment of the items to the correct address.

I have called and emailed Shop NBC Auction every day since this happened with not one response back to me. So, at this point I am truly frustrated and now it is just the principle of it all.

Then I realized that one of the packages that I did receive from a previous order had Always At Market as the sender. So, this cheered me up due to me thinking that I would just call Always At Market and they would help resolve the issue.

Ha-Ha!! What was I thinking. Always At Market does not even answer the phone or have an answering machine to leave a message. Upon further investigation, via the internet, I found complaints about Always At Market.

So, now my cheery mood no longer exists and I am truly stressed over this whole incident. The mistake of delivering the items to the wrong address could have been a mistake, but the fact that neither company will answer your phone calls or emails astonishes me.

I went to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and Always At Market is not on their business list. My goal now is to make sure it gets put on their business list and hopefully consumers will get fair warning before dealing with this company.

So, now I am out the money for the two items I ordered and had to spend more money to compensate for two more Christmas gifts.

I will not stop until this is resolved. I have already emailed everybody I know warning them about both of these companies.

In response to D.C.'s complaint, I would be upset if I had been treated the same way he explains. I am the new Manager of Customer Service for Always at Market and want any reader to know that we are going to make every effort to resolve any customer issue with one phone call or email. Since my being brought into this department in February of 2009, significant changes, in positive directions, have been put in place to ensure that every customer have a winning experience from the actual win of the auction to the resolution of any problem they may have with any issue. It is our commitment to the customer to provide the World Class Customer Service they deserve and that every phone call be answered by the second ring, during business hours, as well as all emails returned and resolved by the end of each business day. My intent is to restore consumer confidence in Always at Market and if you have had an unpleasant experience in the past, my request is that you would give us an opportunity to better serve you in the future.
