I also got a nasty call from a Miss Cash, obviously a phony name. I told her she is a (censored)and that I gave her name and the name of the organization to my lawyer. Which is what I did and my lawyer sent her a letter today 11/04/03.
My lawyer told me to write to New York State Attorney General, consumer affairs, the Nassau county consumer affairs and MSN my internet provider. I also completed that today.
The name of this so called collection agency manager is Adam Kelly. Phone # 888-249-1033 ext 706.
