COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT/ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY THEFT

Alyse Bukoski has been stealing the photos of jewelry artist and cropping their copyrights off of the photo and claiming the rights to our designs.
Okay, here is what I've come up with. I really think that you'll be happy to know that she has copyrighted our work in hopes that others (not her of course) respect the copyright law.
She then gets people to purchase through facebook and an unsecured payment plan. After they have paid her, she blocks them so that they cannot find her.
Can anyone stop her?
