I paid for expedited delivery.
I received an email confirmation.
I received an email stating they had authorized my credit card
TEN days later I received a call from them stating:
They did not have the 'new' security cameras I had ordered....But they could dispatch 'refurbished' ones!
I have a technician waiting to install the 10 cameras - I now am unable to get cameras installed prior to vacation.
This company charged for NEW cameras - but wanted to supply USED cameras.
Be very careful - I would advise you find a more reputable/reliable vendor
