I also have never read any of the Rachel Morgan novels, but a quick search on amazon told me that the Rachel Morgan novels are written by Kim Harrison, and Invoker is not 1 of the options. This was red flag #2!!!
I NEVER click on an address in an e-mail, i instead go to google and find the website address if i don't already know it. The address provided in the e-mail is NOT amazon.com's address...their address, surprisingly, is "amazon.com" I promptly logged in to my amazon acct. and reported this phishing e-mail to them. It is VERY important to be proactive with reporting this stuff as the internet moves at lightning speed and catching these criminals is tough without being quick.
