On August 17th I made an attempt to log-into my account on amazon.com. My attempt failed, so I tried again assuming I possibly had caps on or maybe typed it wrong, again attempt failed. I contacted customer service through the "Call Me Now" feature and after getting in touch with a rep was told that my account had in fact been blocked but that they could not give me any details whatsoever, which I felt was pretty wrong given the circumstances. I was very polite, no cursing or yelling but I insisted to talk with a Supervisor, I was told that there is no point since they would just tell me the same thing. So basically I hit a wall and was left with an unusable account with absolutely no reason or email being sent to let me know of what the issue was,

My immediate thought was that this situation was due to a order issue from the day before where on their site a order was marked delivered but when I arrived home later in the evening it had in fact not been. I contacted the OnTract delivery company multiple times attempting to find out what the issue was and was told theyd get in touch with me later. At that moment me and my fiancee had a church meeting and so we left and were gone a few hours and when we arrived back home the package was now left on my neighbors patio that I could see through the small iron fence. So its about 10pm at night and late to do much of anything about the situation. 

Now before I had a chance to realize the package was there and now delivered Amazon had issued a refund for the item not reaching my home. This morning I attempted to log in so I could alert them that I would need to return the item because it had in fact been delivered but still needed to return it since they issued a refund, im not a thief and wasnt going to keep the item knowing I was getting the money back. This is of course when I realized I couldnt log-in. 

My biggest concern is that I have an item on pre-order through their site that back in May sold out and it is unavailable at all online shops as well as walk in stores. This product releases in a matter of three weeks and now that im blocked from my account I will possibly lose out on something I was very much desiring to obtain all behind Amazon making a harsh and drastic decision to block my account behind a return. I did some research and found that they have a bold history of doing these sorts of things to people who are very supportive of their site, as I am, and all were left with no answer or resolution. I plan to push this as far as I can regardless of what amount of effort it may take and get my account reopened so I can continue to purchase and do business through their site. This situation has only been going on since the past 24 hours but I plan on staying on top of it and pushing Amazon to make this right, cause this is a bad move on their part and is quite frankly pretty shady. 

If any one has any similar experiences or would just like to help push this forward thatd be great. I have already let my situation be known on their official facebook page as at this point its the most I can do since phone support is nonexistent.
