Amazon/Mega Monster Vendor reputation/warranty Internet
Purchased a Magic Chef appliance from Amazon. It was sold through a vendor called Mega Monster. The appliance did not work after the 30 day refund period.
Warranty is submitt your paid receipt and we will tell you where to take your appliance for repair. Response we don't have the components to honor the warranty. Really? I was old to cut the cord off and ship it back and they would issues a refund in 2 weeks.
I have never heard of such a thing. Cut a cord off?????? Of course you write to Amazon and they tell you sorry after 30 days. Mega Monster says it is not me we just sell the stuff. Magic Chef won't respond to any further correspondence.
I own a business and because of this issue will stop ordering any mor products online. I want to be able to have easy access to the company I am working with. Online companies are hiding behind Internet clouds hoping you will go away. Shame on all of them. There customer service is at best terrible.
