This is the worst thing that could happen to any honest seller.

After months of promoting and spending on advertising to get sells for Amazon, I received a message from Amazon.com Associates stating that they are terminating my account.

The reasons that they stated included the following:

"We have taken this step because we have previously closed an account that
> we have determined belongs to you or a person affiliated with you or acting
> in concert with you for violations of the Associates Program Operating
> Agreement, the Product Advertising API License Agreement, or one of the
> other Associates Programs operated by our affiliates."

None of the statements above are true. Nor I have been assoiciated with anyone as stated above.

I am just an honest person who works very hard and just trying to make money in this hard economy to also further a career.

Amazon.com Associates profited over (>) $3,000 at my expense and hard work.

It's beyond incredible that at random they do what they do and decide not to pay me the fees that with great effort I earned.

More incredible is their indifference and disregard to care what you have to say.

Aside from the fact that they lie and contradict themselves on writing and over the phone.

Amazon.com Associates is a RippOff that profits millions from sellers and based on research I am not the only affiliated person that they scam for no true reason.

I must note that I am affiliated with other bigger companies like eBay, Google and others. They would not tolerate anyone doing any type of fraud or illegal actions. For that reason I continue to be affiliated to them in good standing.

Only Amazon.com is the bad apple in the basket that does not care to profit at the expense of sellers and then kick thenm to the road when they feel like for no reason.

I have not received a penny from Amazon.com after so many sales, suddenly when they are due to pay me they come up with bogus and completely false reasons to terminate my account and not pay me what they owe. yet they keep the thousands of dollars that they made from my hard work.

I want to be paid what is due to me. I also want Amazon to be for all the hardache and any legal expenses that they cause me for all they are putting me through.

This is the worst company to deal with as an affiliate and the biggest con-artists in my experience.

I most also stae that for many years I have been a buyer of Amazon.com as well as 3 other members of my family. None of of us will ever buy on Amazon.com due to this experience, unless a positive resolution and attention to your actions and 'injustice' is taken care of.
