Amazon.com customer service representatives are liars and the company is shady. I am a big fan of Amazon. They always have what i am looking for with great prices. Also, I love the Prime Membership of free Two Day shipping and $3.99 for one day shipping for an annual fee of $79. I have had many problems with Amazon in the past but that was years ago and i have gotten over it. Decided to give them another try. Well, Maybe i shouldn't have. They are still the same shady people from the past. I ordered two items with two day shipping on 2/12/14. Guaranteed delivery of 2/15/14 in honor of the two day shipping.

I usually track my package just to make sure everything is everything. Amazon had tracking information and the item was in my hometown. That was the last tracking update via the Amazon website on 2/15/14 12am. That day was when it was suppose to be 'guaranteed' delivery. Well it was in the late evening and was not delivered with the same tracking information not updated. So i tracked the package on the carriers website thinking maybe Amazons tracking was delayed. USPS had no record of tracking information and just were electronically notified that they would receive a package for shipping but has not received it yet.

So i call them to see what was going on. They explain that they are waiting for FedEx to drop off the package to them so they can deliver it. So i call FedEx to see what was up being the item was suppose to be delievered that day. They explain that haven't received the package as of yet from the shipper. So not only did they dishonor their two day shipping, They have false tracking information on their website to make it seem as if my package were in transit and shipped already. So i call them furious to ask about the lies. I explain the situation to the representative and the Manager.

Pointing out their lies of false represented tracking information. As soon as i mentioned the lies about tracking, They both immediately apologized and promised it will shipped out. They also offered a refund or replacement if i didn't receive by Tuesday as if they knew they were caught red handed. I respected that they offered me a refund or replacement but to lie about tracking information is ridiculous. This company is untrustworthy and i just thought i'd share thus experience. I will definitely be canceling their Amazon Prime Membership. They obviously don't honor their Two Day Shipping and membership means nothing.

So i called in to the company if i didn't receive my package today as i was told to do. This time i ran across a great rep named Heidi.B. She was respectful and helpful being easy to understand. Unlike most reps with the deep accents. Appearing not even to be in the states. Anyway, She were straight with me. Wondering why it was tracking information without it being shipped. Anyway, She replaced my order for one item. Since the second was ordered through a third party. She placed a refund on that item, Instructing me to the same item but fulfilled by them themselves. She also speeded everything up to One Day Shipping free of charge. As an apoligy from the company she also gave me the option to choose between an extension of my membership or $20 off my next purchase. Now i will await to see if everything goes all as well. I love great reps such as her. Instead of those who are rude or just apoligize without solving anything. I am satisfied on how this turned out. If i do not update the report. Know the items were received and everything was everything. Thank you.
