Amber Scitern - Jason Griffin This couple has two children and live together common law every year they claim single both claim the kids and get extra earned income. this isnt fair and they receive about 6,000 to 8,000 back in tax This is an aquatence at work, and she is talking about it. Please investigate, or audit them and you will save some money. I dont think it is fair. Graham, Texas

i am reporting government fraud. this couple (common law) marriage frauds the gov. every year by claiming the kids on both of their taxes separtely and claim extra earned income and receive 6,000 to 8,000 back. my husband and I work hard all yeara and dont even receive 2,000 back. this needs to stop. they dont even have medical insurance on their children. recently their daughter had a major surgery in fort worth and they claimed medicare because they claim they didnt make enough money so medicare took care of a 28,000 dollar hospital bill. the child was evelyn griffin back in 2007-2008. please do an audit on them and stop them they are stealing from the government. why dont you help people like myself. thanks

In reguards to whomever wrote this report, they do know much of anything. There is no such government fraud going on. I am not married, and I and I alone claim my children on my taxes every year.
Yes, my daughter did have major surgery and medicaid did cover the majority of the expenses, thank goodness.
And if I still work with the person that wrote this report, God help you....
Try to get your facts straight before you go trying to cause trouble for people.

You want WHO to audit these people ??? You want WHO to help you ???? First of all, it is impossible for 2 people to BOTH claim children on separate tax returns. The SS#'s of the children can only be entered ONCE. If they are entered into the IRS computer a second time, it will spit out the return. You really need to get a grasp on reality and stop listening to stories. And - you need to figure out WHO you are writing to.....Geeeeezzzzzzz. Get an education.
