Placed order at ambertea.com in December 2008. By mid January 2009, tried to contact them by phone and email, with no response. Called Paypal who had handled the transaction, and initiated a dispute.

Paypal gave Amber Tea 10 days to provide a tracking number as proof of shipment. After the 11th day, if the product hadn't shipped, I was to get a refund. But (no surprise) Amber Tea has insufficient funds in their Paypal account to cover my refund.

Paypal is pursuing the matter..

The owners, Chris and Andi Maslowski, have had several websites that sell tea. Check the contact information before you order tea online.

As of now, ordered tea, didn't get it, and no refund in sight.
