While they were on the phone I informed them that this was not true. That we had their company RED FLAGGED as do not do business with. Due to a 1999/2000 scam.
Also informed them we never had received or autherized placement in their directory and not to mail anything.
Two minutes later I received a call from their "mailroom rep" who wanted to verify our address. I asked what she was mailing and she said it was an invoice and a media kit. I told her I was expressly refusing the mailing and that it was unautherized. She said she had to send it anyway. Informed me to call customer service at 877-825-7088.
Customer service is a voicemail hell. This company provides no value or service and is a total ripoff.
