AmeriMark Permier amerimark.com Shoddy merchandise, allowed credit card info to be stolen, charging for items not ordered, contacting us after told no further contact Cleveland, Ohio

In January we received their catalog and ordered some nic nacs, grabbers and bras they had on sale. The nic nacs and grabbers were sent and were enrolled in their 22.5% interest rate "Easy Pay Plan" card. Declined use of the card and received what was ordered minus the bras. Those were "backordered". Called and cancelled the "Easy Pay Plan" which they'd enrolled us in anyway, and paid with our prepaid WalMart card. Within 2 days our WM card was hit for over $350 in unauthorized charges out of the UK. Considering we'd not used this card anywhere else in over a month nor had we left the house, this was the only place it could have come from.

February received a bill for $6.99 for some plan they'd enrolled us in. Foolishly sent cash to get them off our backs.

Did not order anything nor receive any phone calls from them yet received a bill on 3/22/13 for $19.99 for an ID Alert Purchase. 

Called in Jan, told them to cancel all backorders and no further contact.
Called in Feb, told them to cancel and no further contact
Called again in March (today) and again stated no further contact. Cancel all cards. Remove name and address from data base.
