In August 2003 I spoke to David Ross who sent me a package regarding the Ameri P.O.S business package. I had explained about my pending medical lawsuit not knowing how much I would get. He had made up an agreement with a deposit of 1000.00, that check was to be held and not cashed till I knew futher about lawsuit. The check had been deposited prior to my ok and returned to me NSF. I told him that I would send out another check when I heard about my lawsuit. October 25, 2003 I sent another hceck for $1000.00 which was cashed, I also send a check for $26,000 to be held as the first one pending lawsuit. When my lawsuit finally settled I asked him to cancel the agreements and I would only send $18,999 with the words at the bottom for only 10 terminals, this check was cashed with a total paid to Ameriopos in the amount of $19,999, and they returened the 26,000 check to me. A few days later he called me to say: If I could get a loan for $100,000 for 50 terminals they had locations and they were all being set up he called quite a bit regarding that. We put the 10 terminals on hold and was going to use them oney to be applied with the 100,000 as a down payment.
I contacted a company to make up a proposal for a government loan charging me 2500.00, which I paid and the package was put together. This took longer than planned and Ross cept calling me and I said I was trying to get it finished and it had cost me. In December I told David just send out the 10 terminals and when I get the loan for the rest I will re-purchase. He said he would make the changes on my agreements- Shortly after I
found out that I was investing for 50 terminals and that was what it was about. I decided not to go for it and still waiting for my 10 terminals this was on December 15, 2003. He told me a locator would call me as when I purchased these terminals I was told 1) They would find locations for me and I would go out and sent them up. 2) He said I would have the terminals within 45 days or order 3) He said that I would start getting paid as soon as they received my money, or given the ok to go for it.
On January 9, 2003 a month later after many calls they had a locator name Lesile who told me she would get locations for me and trained me by phone she said she would call in a few days. Waited and waited finally in Feburary after no response and many calls - they finally told me that I had a new loator Lesile was no longer with the company. I had a new locator named Jonathan this is Feb 21, 2004. Waited for his call finally after many calls he called me back on Feb 27, 2004 which is a Friday and explained my situation he said he would start working quickly for me and would talk to the president AND Glen incharge of locations and would call me back on Monday. Monday came and no call from Jonathan. Here it is now three months from me originally giving them 19,999 total and still no machines, or locations, and to think I paid 2700 for a package for a government loan that I could never take advantage of, plus I had gotten a office and a dba calling myself Ameri P.O.S of California all costing me money including 350 a month for the lst 5 months costing 1750 total.
Finally March 2, 2004 SPOKE ot Christina Smith 230 pm PST said Goudl would call me and they would fix this problem. Christina promised to have them sent to the Lake Forest Office today 3/3/04 He promised by next weeek. Well finally someone did what they said they would I received the terminal s on March 7, 2004 at my house and not the Lake FOREST ADDRESS. I received a new locator which was Luis who sent me out to locations toget the paperwork signed so that we could get the terminals set up what a joke. The locatins thought they were getting ATM machines not prepaid calling card terminals. I had spent a whole day in the field with a hour drive to Riverside area and still no locations. I was very upset as this whole this is turning into a night mare. I called Ameripos the next day to talk to Luis who was no my locator and finding out HE WAS NO LONGER WITH THEM That did it here we are March 19, 2004 called FED X put everything in the boxes the terminals, the cards, the brochures video etc and filled up two boxes sending them back to ameripos with a certified letter stating that I want my money back that they had breached their contract here it is since the first depoist of 1000 in October and the balance Nove which makes it four months later and I am no where.
I had lost $4689.00 for the government loan package, rent paid business cards etc but I was only asking for the $19,999. moneyes be returned to me.
Christina Smith called me the following week he called me a lier because their were three agreements and that the terminals werent sent because I sitll owed them money for the first agreement remembering this was written in August and was not valid anymore as we did a new one pending my lawsuit setlemetn and then with the agreement to only get 10 terminals in November witht he word on the check written 10 terminals only. I have a copy of the check and David Ross told me that he would write that on the agreement because everythign was pending my lawsuit.
Christina said their are no refunds and that if I wanted to sue them I would have to go to Florida per the agreement. Please not the agreement also says if I dont receive the machines with in 45 days from my money being paid that I could get my money back and I didnt get them. Also David Ross said they would be located within the first two weeks as people werecalling in all the time for us to send the machines out to. All of this was a lye and he even had me talk to 3 people prior to me sending any money who told me they got their machiens they were set up immediatley and they had gheir money back with in 6 months. I will try to find their names and numbers.
I called Dvid Rosss told him the trouble I was having and I was even crying because that was all the money I had and was hoping to start getting income from it. He talked me into staying and said they had a new locator service because I wouldnt get my money back and the new compnay would get the locatins for me and from now on to talk to him only. Well guess what that was the last time I coudl reach him because now when I called which was April 1, 2004 Christina Smith called me and said my enw locator would be Erick Walker - who would call me and put get me the locations. Well one week later 4/6/04 still didnt here from RErick so I called 4/6/04 and asked for David Ross thely asked who I as I gave my name of Dianna GOuld AND THEY IMMEDIATELY transfered me to Christina Smith not letting me talk to David Ross after he said only to call him. Christina Smith said that Eric Walker would call me - he did a few minutes later from WalkerServices Inc. He was very nice but said he had over 350 terminals to locate he has a new crew and he was contracted my Ameripos but not a part of Ameiropos. Well time plassed sitll no locations and no news. On 4/14/04 called THE lOCATOR Eric Walker left message on anser phone 6 EST, it is 2 pst NO ANSWER left message - Called back to Amerrpos asked for David Ross unable to tak emy call per receptionist.
4/19 finally got a hold of Christpher Smith he gave me the email address of the company that monitors the terminals which is radiante www.radianttelecom.com to see what terminals had been setup if any. ONLY 1 AND BY the way as of today two months since it had been set up still no money on it and they said they had to qualify to be set up with the terminals with heavy traffic so that the terinal would pay off.
On 5/6/04 talked to Ann Ameripos who explianed how the radiante website worked a little bit and said I WOULD GET PIAD THE THIRD WEEK OF EACH MONTH FOR THE previous month, she said we got a bad start but would like to get going with it she said she would send all my stuff out to me again (remember I had sent it back which cost me over 300.00 with FED X) Here it is by the way June 15, mybirthday and guess what I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED anything from her.
I contacted WALKER Services to see if they had any locations for me as of yet they had none he gave me the person that would be locating for me Jayson Brooks 714 465 6875 by the way it is disconnected as of noww.
Finally talking to Jason Brooks who said I could go to work for them selling Ameripos Prepaid card service making 125 per locaiton and cashless ATM machines. He put me on hiw website which was www.walkerservicesinc.com giving me a user name of dianna and a password dianna and a email firstname.lastname@example.org. I was all excited finally I would be getting my locations out and geting paid through their contracted company for selling (two diferent things). I told them I would be on a conventin for three weeks and wouild get started when I got back but would get them leads as I was traveling which I did.
Arrving home on May 27, 2004 called Jason Brooks to say Im ready to get started his voice was very blaw and I said what is wrong.
Jason said that Eric walker gave him a bad check for over 2000 ot pay all the sales reps because Ameripos gave him a bad check.
WOW What am I to do.
June 1 2004 here it 8 months still no locations accept one bad one, no terminals no nothing and Im out 19,999.00 plus other costs.
In desperatin I filed a complaint with the fraud complaint department nation wide because I cant get any results I have a copy of that.
6/1/04 I called Ameripos spoke with Anna Garcia at 12:23PM PST told her I had been on hold for over 45 minutes off and needed to talk to someone. She said she would call me back SHE DIDNT!! Jason told me that the company was under investigatin and that the person Pres was Rick Nye, who had change dhis name from Rick Cantanella for illegal reasons what do I believe.
I called and asked for David Ross givng the name of Karen Brown because I could not get through to him and they put me through i guess he thought I was trying to my some terminals. I comfront him with everything that I had heard, told him only one bad locatin in 8 months Im out the money they wont return my money, nothing happening and now I find out their compnay is under investigation and may be going out of business. He took me straignt to the President of the company who told me to contact him direct int he future and he would get me some terminals.
He said he was Rick Nye X 231 email email@example.com He told me he would make sure that my terminals got out their, that htey didnt write any bad checks and they were not under investigation.
He said He wanted me to sell directly for him and he would pay me for eery locatin that I got.
I THOUGHT that would be ok may I would do that so I said Ok.
a few days later - Jason had called and said I need to get away from Ameripos as they are going to be closing the office and I have nothing no terminals, no lcoatins nothing he told me to search at www.ripoffreoprt.com and that is what i did
How do I get my money back it is almost a year since I gave them 19,999 and have not received ONE PENNY - HELP
