AMERITRAIN'S RESPONSE TO STUDENTS IN NC tricked and lied to us ripoff evil dirt bags Charlotte / Cary North Carolina

I am an employee of Elite Training in Charlotte. Our offices are located at 2359 Perimeter Pointe Parkway, Suite 120. We are in NO way connected with Ameritrain. I repeat, the address and directions listed in this article are NOT the new headquarters for Ameritrain, and Elite Training has absolutely no connection with that company.

Did anyone notice that the information that Steve Gouveia provided on this web site for the re-location of Charlotte is different than what he provided on the AmeriTrain web site? They are re-locating all of the school locations because they have outstanding bills left at the rental locations that they were occupying when you began your classes.

Please don't be fooled! All they are trying to do is put off the classes until the bankruptcy suit can be put in to action - then what will all of you do? If you take their "follow-up" classes, you are showing them that they can get away with this and what they did is not wrong. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED!

I have just gotten off the phone with the Consumer Protection division of the NC Attorney Generals office. They report that there are no complaints filed against Ameritrain. They are going to get away with this if you don't do something.

The web site you need to go to to find out how to file a complaint is http://www.jus.state.nc.us/cpframe.htm.

The number you need to call to verify what I am telling you is 716-6000.

The BBB is not going to help you. They do not pursue legislation. They are only a good for nothing mediation tool.

If you do not file a complaint they will get away with this. Joe call all of the students that you can get in touch with. The AG office will work harder on this if they have more complaints.

PLEASE DO SOEMTHING. IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. DON'T WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FILE THE COMPLAINT. YOU HAVE TO TAKE ACTION NOW!!!!

The response from Ameritrain is typical. "We did nothing wrong." Then shut up and let it pass. (Hi Steve you little f&%k). Sorry everyone else. I know them too well.

They are going to make it very difficult for you. You must persist if you ever want to to see your money or justice in this matter.

We apologize for any inconvenience that our relocation may have caused. In Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham, the MCSE classes will begin and/or resume on August 5th and 6th. Specific class instructions, and directions to the new training locations follow:

The Charlotte MCSE class that began on June 18th and met on Tuesdays and Saturdays will resume on Tuesday, August 6th at 6:30 pm. It will continue on the usual Tuesday/Saturday schedule.

The Charlotte MCSE class that was to start on July 22nd will begin on Monday, August 5th at 6:30 pm. It will follow the usual Monday/Wednesday/Thursday schedule.

The Raleigh (Cary) MCSE class that began on May 20th and met on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays will resume on Monday, August 8th at 6:30 pm. It will follow the normal Monday/Wednesday/Thursday schedule

The Raleigh (Cary) CCNA class that was schedule to begin on August 2nd, will begin on Wednesday, September 4th at 6:30 pm. It will follow the usual Monday/Wednesday/Thursday schedule.

I am out just as much money as a result of Doug Davis's greed, lies, and deception. I feel badly that I was the one who sold many of the students their classes, but at the time, thought that Ameritrain was a legitimate school who would give the students what they paid for.

I feel horrible about what they did to all of you, and hate what they did to me and my fellow co-workers as well. I wish you the best of luck, and will help you in any way possible to get justice. Most of my direction was via phone conversation or fax, they were very careful in the end not to have any trace of alot of what was told to do. I keep everything, and Steve knew that. THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OF NORTH CAROLINA AND PENNSYLVANIA IS MOVING FORWARD IN THE CASE AGAINST AMERITRAIN COMPUTER TRAINING AND SPECIFICALLY DOUGLAS D. DAVIS AND STEVE GOUVEIA, PRESIDENT AND VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS FOR THE SCHOOL. AMOUNG MANY PENDING CHARGES FRAUD, DECEPTION, AND MONEY LAUNDERING IS INVOLVED. AMERITRAIN AND SPECIFICALLY MR. DAVIS AND GOUVEIA ARE ACCUSED OF RUNNING A VERY CROOKED COMPUTER TRAINING SCHOOL.

OVER 20+ STUDENTS ARE ACCUSING AMERITRAIN OF ILLEGALLY OBTAING FUNDS FROM STUDENTS THAT COULD BE IN THE $100,000 TO $300,000 RANGE. THE STUDENTS ARE ACCUSING AMERITRAIN OF NOT RETURNING CALLS AND CLOSING THE SCHOOL AND LEAVING THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT LEAVING MANY STUDENTS SHAKEN. ACCORDING TO STATE RECORDS AMERITRAIN OPERATED A COMPUTER TRAINING SCHOOL IN CHARLOTTE AND RALEIGH, NC WITHOUT BEING PROPERLY LICENSED. WHEN THE SCHOOL WAS CONFRONTED ABOUT THE OPERATING WITHOUT PROPER LICENSE, THEY DECIDED TO SHUT THE DOORS, PACK UP AND LEAVE THE STATE AND THE STUDENTS.

AMERITRAIN IS ALSO ACCUSED OF MAKING FALSE PROMISES TO STUDENTS TO ENTICE THEM
INTO ATTENDING THE CLASSES AT A RATE OF APPROXIMATELY $250 PER DAY.

AMOUNG THE "PROMISES MADE BY AMERITRAIN WAS 100% HANDS ON TRAINING AND OFFERING HIGH PAYING POSITIONS AFTER GRADUATION WITHIN THE COMPANY THAT NEVER EXISTED.
