On April 17th AOL drafted my account for $30.90! The $15.80, April 17th authorized bill was paid by the bank along with the UNAUTHORIZED AOL bill for the 17th. This resulted in INSUFFICIENT FUNDS fees of $64.00. AOL then drafted my bank account on April 28th resulting in another INSUFFICIENT FUNDS fee of $32.00. AOL then drafted my bank account on May 5th for $30.90.
I have talked with AOL Billing and different people including a Charles Miller who returned (2) $30.90 payments to my bank account, offered to return $64.00 in FUTURE AOL SERVICES, which I "declined"!
I want the "damages" returned to my account. AOL Billing people "lied" or conviently mis-represented the truth regarding information as it pertains to accounts and billing matters!

If for no other reason, a person on an unprotected broadband connection should use an internet service whose membership fees include comprehensive virus(not just e-mail) protection for any manner in which downloads are possible. Borrowed software, pictures from aunt sally, hyperlinks, instant messaging, song files, whatever.
So, while you accepted your refund of monies you did owe, and declined any other months without membership fee, I hope you have taken care to protect your personal and financial information by purchasing protection somewhere. Oh, and don't forget the "perverted Justice" shows. Those pedofiles showing up at a house thinking they are going to take a 13 year old's virginity did not meet your child on an AOL kids only chat room.
At AOL,children's chats are monitored 24/7, and if they give out personal info, they are logged off, the info is immediately removed and they don't log on again until mom/dad speaks with AOL. Call them crooks if you wish, but I would never have another internet service.
