American Agencies of California sent me a letter that they were to collect a debt that was purchased from Pinnacle services, who used to represent Verizon Wireless. I have been fighting Verizon wireless for seven years and am involved in a class action suit against them. I haven't received anything in years from anyone until I received a letter from the American Agencies of California. I sent them a letter in response stating that I had never had business with their company,and a dispute with the Verizon Wireless is in court and that a few other colection agencies attempted to stronghold me and they were not going to get their way. It also stated in the letter to stop calling my house. I have been receiving two to several calls a day, everday even though I sent them a response not to call and I contacted their company via phone and stated same. They have been harrassing me for two weeks straight and they should be charged for it
