American Agencies ACA Receivables, American Agencies Violators of FDCPA Rancho Dominguez, California

This is my demand to cease and desist attempting to enforce your judgment without using the sheriff. Your fax to my payroll dept is a violation of the FDCPA. In order to do a garnishment you would have to obtain a new writ, and utilize the sheriff. Your attempt at self help is a violation and the penalty is $1000 plus attorneys fees. This is my demand for $1500. You have already received payment in full from the previous garnishment as follows.  You are trying to "double dip" and you have missapropriated the funds received. 

If anyone has troubles with the American Agencies aka as ACA Receivables, Inc., you can sue them in Small Claims Court for violating the laws of the FDCPA.  Their agent for service is Shari Slagle.  You can locate her address for service of process with the California Secretary of State.  They are listed as an LLC.

In addtion to filing a smaill claims action, you can file complaints with the FTC, BBB and the State Attorney General's Office.  Further, local law enforcement ie the city or district attorney's office may assist in investing this company.
