They are impossible, and refuse to settle my debt...They claim I owe them $400 for Pac Bell, yet they are trying to make me pay $1300 with interest. They claim they cannot settle with me because then it will make everyone who owes pac bell money think they can get out of their bills because they negotiate. I did, however, get a copy of my bill from Pac bell (from 1999) and it was only $173. Beware of this company....They also said they will not remove the item from my credit even if paid in full...they only report the payment. DOGS. I paid Pac Bell directly, and they sent me a receipt showing the debt paid in full, which I then sent to the CRA's....wiped it clear off my credit. :-) Good luck to all of you!
