I am really tired of getting the run around with this company in order to get my refund. So far I've returned the cancellation notice within the 72 hour time frame they have given me and hoped that, that would be all in order to get my refund returned to me, well a couple weeks later I received a postcard in the mail stating that I needed to get a photo copy of my bank processed check to prove that the check went through, So I did and sent it to the adress they had on the postcard. Well 3 weeks after that now mind you I have only 3 weeks left now of the 6 week time frame for you to do this or you get your order processed for the magazines you ordered and cancelled because you decided you don't have a purpose for $230.00 worth of them.

I get my envelope with my photo copied check returned to me saying that adress on envelope could not be forwarded!!!! So I call the company yesterday and they gave me their fax number and they say it will take 4-6 weeks to get my refund. Which I think is absurd why should it take 4-6 weeks to get back my money when I have practically jumped through hoops to get back from them !! I feel that they do it this way so people get frustrated and give up on their refunds and end up with the product anyways. All I want is my refund returned to me in 2 weeks not 4 or 6!!! There really is no reason they cannot do this especially when I have proved to them everything at the bank has cleared what more do they want?

Fax issues

Hopefully my problem has been resolved and I get my refund back in full after more problems with this company! I finally got a chance to have my photocopied check faxed to this company by an aquaintance, who had called me to let me know she sent it so I could check with the company to see if it went through.

Once again I get the run around saying they haven't received my fax, ok now what ? So, I give them my reciept number because they say no fax with my area code came in, I also gave them my phone number to call me if it appears.

A couple hours later I call them back they "still didn't receive my fax.I call the person I had fax it for me this time she keeps me on the phone as it goes through and tells me it went through. So I wait 10 minutes like they say to do and call the company.

Problem being somehow the fax didn't come up under my area code but they still would of had my name and receipt number on the fax! Duh!! How stupid are these people they hire! Alecia was not helpful at all just sounded like she didn't even want to be there! Lauren the lady who took care of me was a little more helpful. She actually looked for the receipt number not just the area code!

I can only hope now I get my refund and have no further issues like some other people have had with this company with them making substitute checks several months later and taking money out of there accounts!!!!
