American Cash Gardner&Douglas Law Firm accused me of having an unpaid payday loan acct that they could give me no date of.. Internet

Received a call from Gardner&Douglas "law firm" on Friday July 20th. The person's name was Krystal. This was here second call for that day, i didn't answer the first time not knowimg the number displayed. Second time answered thinking it may have been an emergency. She started the conversation off by telling me do not interput or ask questions until she was done. Rude!! She then proceed to tell me all my personal info. And ask did i have my laweyrs information. I answered what lawyer? and for what? she said u have 30days to answer this and if u don't u will be very sorry. And I really and how is that? She then was beginning to be upset becasue i was interuting.

Needless to say she never answered my questions. Once she was done I replied i have no idea what your talking about. She stated I was being sued for an unpaid payday loan. When I asked what company she ignored my question and said you just need to get as lawyer and answer by 30 days or else you will be sorry and hung up the phone. I tried to call back and only got busy signals for about an hour.

It really bothered me all that weekend because I had no idea of what was going. On Tuesday, July 24 I tried calling again got an answer but was put on hold and never attended to.When I called back I got busy signals again. On Thursday I tried calling again got an answer, when asked to speak to Krystal told she wasn't there but to hold on.I was then transferred to "Rosa" who turned out to be Krystal in the end!

I begin to ask her questions about the accused alligations and she was refusing to give me any answers. All she was asking if i had lawyer information. I interrupted rudely, as she was already processing and ask what was the name of their company? and what company was accusing me of this? she then put me on hold. Upon returning to the phone i asked same questions again! she continued to be rude and say i already explained to you what to do.

I still wasn't taking that! I continued rudely to ask the questions. After several minutes of back and forth she finally gave me the name of the company American Cash, and their company name Gardner&Douglas. Then I was put on hold again and never returned to.

I called back a gentlemen answered the phone and said " Oh yes went to a meeting to talk to the lawyers she will call you back. Are you serious!!! first u have stolen all my info from another online sitre, then u screen call somehow to show a person identity, and then you can't talk to people.

Once off the phone i decided to look up the company the contact them directly. Needless to say upon looking them up i came across a consumer alert that this company was comducting payday loan collection scams!! This was posted by the Washington State Financial Instutions.  I didn't see any contacts for Gaeorgia so I called them to see how/what could I do. The representative gave me a number for a starter contact. which was Glenn Soles ( I think).

Planning on contacting them next business day. But wanted to continue to contact/handle all i could   until then. I have never had an account with this company never heard of ths company so this is completrly a scam!! and i want it resolved!! beforen it's too late..
