our program and we give them every opportunity to succeed. Many have
completed the lease and purchased their truck as a result. Unfortunately,
we, like all have some who dont succeed and are bitter. This all depends
on how they choose to run their business. Since we dont control the
business decisions that independent contractors make, we have some like this
gentlemen. But for everyone like this, we have many who love the program
and are successful.

Truck year issue

A.C.T. found out that this driver was partially correct.
The truck was built on December 11, 2009. Delivery of the truck
was on January 14, 2010 and the Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle supplied
by the manufacturer shows the truck to be a 2011. The Kansas Electronic Title
Receipt also shows the truck as a 2011. Therefore it is titled and leased as a
2011 truck. It is a common practice of truck manufactures to title trucks for
the next calendar year as soon as possible. Usually from January to March.
The Vice President of the leasing company stated that the above
information was discussed with the driver before he signed the lease and he was
given the option not to sign for this truck.
