I worked for this company As a Sales Manager a while back and quickly had to resign after i saw the total disregard for consumers sensitive personal information and the total negligence of this individual the ring leader is Haskell Mackowski a man that claims he has been doing Credit Repair Services since 1995 more like Scaming and Ripping people off since 1995 he is a true Con-Man in this whole time Haskell in Fact he has abandoned his business several times and continue charging consumers for services never rendered,
He also points out how he has an A rating with the BBB only because he has payed them alot of money in fact when i called the BBB they advised me since he is not BBB accredited they have not really checked if he has a license to operate or not , A good research also has shown in fact, he has been operating with out a license for quite some time while i was there he had some inpersonating account to make it look like it was a law firm that charged consumers it was under Ackerman and Asssociates firm inc i totally believe it was just a front to inpersonate the prestiogious Ackerman Senterfitt Law firm ,
In the office i kept seeing personal social security numbers and Credit Card numbers laying around i brought it to his attention several times and he kept shrubbing me off i also kept explaining to him that the way he is charging his clients is not FTC complient and his response was we will charge them less to start when in Fact it is now illegal to charge any consumer upfront money for debt relief services,This guy is a true Con Man, Scam artist that has been ripping people off for years and needs to be stopped
i finally decided to resign i advised him i was going to drop off the keys to the office and he needed to pay me the last money he owed me he said fine he would meet me there at the office ,i went he never showed i waited there with the New Convicted Felon Manager Ricardo aka Joshua that he left in my place after i was gone i kept calling him he would not answer then i left hours later he called saying he would send the police to my house to collect the keys and i said i was at your office and like the coward you are you never showed ?!
let them come i am not giving you the keys until you pay me final money you owe me he never did pay what he owed me and has continue to defraud poor consumers that need credit help He also has a scum bag partner named James Horvath that has continually has supported and financed his scam ventures in fact one of the first problems was while i was working there he kept trying to blame me for James incompetence and things i had nothing to do with Haskell Mackowski will be stoped
i will gladly help any investagation and prosecution that goes against him in regards to this or any other Similar scenarios his address of business is 8101 w 31st Ave Hialeah Gardens,Fl 33018 Some hidden office space connected to a dirty warehouse where the street address changes and its very hard to find before that he was at 4753 NW 167st Miami,FL 33055 AND We could also serve him and smoke him out of his rabbit whole at 6350 NW 201 st Miami,Fl 33015 Haskell you should of paid me ,you are a bad man and you know what we do to bad men we punish them , People Please join me in bringing down this CON MAN !!!!

As soon as i came by this report,I thought it was so funny i quickly had to create an account to rebuttal this the guy who wrote it he doesent even know how to spell or even make sense and is clearly lieing and trying to slander, working with Gabriel Gella for over 5 years in our old company i can say truthfully he is in the top three Sales Closers i have ever come accross and i have been in sales over 23 years and was his Sales Director at the time, as a Sales Person he is one of the best and any organization would be more than lucky to have him he has closed serious huge business accounts in many industries in fact he builds such good relationships at times some of same customers usually continue calling him back to get sold over and over again ! and in our old company he was the Sales Manager of operations and took an office that at the most in revenue was bringing in 100K a week and a few months later was generating over 500K due to the innovative approach he has of lead generation,effectively running a predictive dialer and really training,coaching,motivating and really knowing how to take an average sales person and turn him pro,Gabriel eats,sleeps and breathes sales and is an upstanding person of fairness,respect and intergrity with a great attitude and a smile for everyone and there is nothing wrong with refrencing a great youtube sales vid, for this Haskell Character to come on here to lie and slander is not right, I did a breif fact check on on Mr Mackowski aka American Credit Consultants aka The Credit Repair Co and it is true on www.sunbiz.org if you look up The Credit Repair Company he does not have a business license to even operate and has not had one since 11/11 also he says he has been doing credit repair services for over 17 years and in fact dosent even have a website?! I did speak to Gabriel a few months back when that incident happen and he did try to bring Haskell the keys to the office and Haskell Mackowski saying he would show up never did then he tryed to file some false police report hours later,when in fact he was Haskells sales manger at the time and he gave him the keys then he refused to pay him his last check and Gabriel actually did resign and Haskell did not fire him,no matter what situation the law is very specific you must pay an employee for any money owed no matter what,Also him posting what you where paying him just makes him look more classless and less proffesional,if thats true then Gabriel was working pretty much for free as he usually makes some where in the high 6 figures,And please any one can have a car issue and need a ride , Haskell Mackowski really go back to school so they could teach you how to spell and really learn meanings of words like Con Man the only reason you are lieing about Gabriel is because he has now started exposing you for the fraud you really are, you are a lier ,a slanderer illiterate and have no credibility stop slandering lies that are just untrue.

i am the owner of American Credit Consultants this real individual Gabriel Gella is the real con man he coned me into giving him a job as a sales manager on his resume he gave me some phone numbers to call of previous jobs that he had, but all the companies numbers that he gave me were individuals cell phone numbers i paid this con man 500.00 per week plus he was suppose to get commision this con man Gabriel Gella said he was highly trained on training sales people to sell on the phone he would always close the door of his office when he was training my sales people and that was because he used training videos from you tube because he is the real con man, he didnt eeven no how to treat the other staff members nore did he no how to dress he would where slack and a shirt with black and yellow pumas he doesent evenown a car his mother or grand mother would bring him to the office and while i was out of the office all he ever did instead of selling is walk around the office doing nothing and go out side to smoke this is straight from my secraterys mouth when i fired him i told him to leave the keys to the office and come back on friday for his check he refused to leave the keys. i specificaly told him that if he leaves the premissis with the keys because there is hundreds of thousands of dollars of merchandise in my warehouse that not only will i call the police and file a theft police report but that i would use his check to change the locks, he still refused to leave the keys and left when i showed up to my office i called the hialeah police dept and wrote a police report on theft of the keys of the property this individual is nothing but a fake... i have been in repairing consumers credits for over 17 yrs and maintain a A= rating with the Better Business Bureau and i am in full compliance with the Federal Trade Commission we do not charge up front fees to our customers all emplyers out there please beware of this individual named Gabriel Gella he is a fake he is no where near a sales man and has no clue how to run a sales staff you will be throwing away your money like i did for 2 months if you need anymore information please feel free to call me direct to 786-346-1369
