American Credit Services/tac-evolution Told me if I didn't pay they would be taking me to court Los Angles California

I received a phone call from some forigen guy that said if was a time eurgent matter either me or my lawyer to call him right back. I called the number and was directed to a Kathy Marcin. Said that I owed over $5000 on a payday loan. The scary thing about this was that she had my information,job, social number and my mom and aunts name. She said I would be picked up the next day to appear in court in New Jersey if I didn't comply. She read me the charges against me saying I would lose my job, be put in jail and my mom could be also. I agreed to pay $500 on june 2nd. I didn't get to the back in time.

On june 4th, I stumbled on a rip off report about the same thing. I called my bank immediatly. They tried to take the money out but was denied for nsf. lady at the bank said it was Tac-Evoulation from new york.
I canceled my debit card that they had on file so that if they tried to submit it again it wouldn't go through. I have many different numbers 210-234-4071,201-234-4071,914-961-8518 and a fax 213-405-5039. The first two numbers really got me each voice mail had the same number but different area codes. One is in texas and the other is new jersey, not in working order. Thanks for this website I saved my money and didn't get scam again.They are out there and they know how to get to you.
