I am a former agent of Century 21 American Dream Services, now known as American Dream Realty. Being apart of the company for over 2 years, I was more and more surprised how malicious the broker, AL Jermaine Campbell and the Financial Manager, Maurice 'Mo' Campbell were.

Over the years we have all seen the real estate market go from record high's to record low's. During times of crisis the true colors of people come out. Recently I have seen a company of 40+ agents and employees dwindle to 4, the broker AL Jermaine Campbell, the office manager Sharon Bruchette, Financial Manager Mo Campbell, and mother/ Insurance Agent Thelma Campbell. Watching the agents get fired under false and unfair claims, watching other agents and employees having no other choice to leave due to sexual harassment or hourly cutbacks, and my reason, seeing illegal practices of real estate.

This company has not only lied to homeowners but has committed forgery on legal documents. White out would be used or office manager Sharon Bruchette would sign and forge the signature. Unknowingly to the person who the name belongs, often times making that person stuck to what ever Sharon had agreed them to. AL, MO and Sharon also have created a shady system to take advantage of Short Sales. A Short Sale is when an owner is behind on payments, in a hardship situation, and asks' the bank to take a loss on the loan of the home. It's a sad situation but a growing one in our current economy. Sharon has the owner sign the deed to the home into her LLC, Broker AL lists the property on MLS making a real estate commission, and MO negotiates with the bank the lowest price possible because the profits are all going to Sharon's LLC. If you are thinking of Short Selling your home, DO NOT trust a set up like this!!!

Incredible hidden fees and yield spread points are a few ways AMT Financial Services commit fraud through their mortgage services. They do not have the proper licensing and are another middle man to a LEGAL Mortgage company. DO NOT process a home or personal loan with them!! AMT Financial Services has an Insurance Branch. Thelma Campbell is the only insurance agent, former employee of Allstate insurance. She rips consumers off by charging the legal amount for insurance. Her quotes are 45 +% higher than any other estimate you get! DO NOT waste your time.

Finally if anyone of you are thinking of becoming apart of the American Dream Realty team with AL and MO Campbell, think again. They have criminal records for domestic abuse, public fighting, public intoxication, and furthermore Sexual Harassment. You have been warned; don't put yourself in a bad situation.
