What idoits!!! If I owe you money why would you give me credit. I went on-line and American Express have me with a credit balance of $3,315.00
I would not recommend American Express to my worst enemy! What in the heck is the NCO Financial Systems Inc. maybe they need training in Financial Systems or a "Class Action Lawsuit".
