American Express Bluebird Won't Allow Customer to Set Up Payees Online! Internet
Thought I'd try Bluebird and get away from my "big bank". Unfortunately, every time I try to set up a new payee, I have to call customer service. These are not uncommon payees. Today it was Barclaycard, for which Bluebird's system won't accept the phone number. As soon as the funds remaining in my account are exhausted the account will be closed. I'm not dealing with any financial services company that isn't willing to correct glitches in its system instead opting to force customers to contact customer service. Oh, and one of the payees they had trouble setting up was American Express! I am a heavy computer (Mac) and yes I know how to enter a phone #.
