i put an application for a consolidation loan every thing went through we were ready to close 5% interest 30 year loan . mishael or micheal randel thats the name he used in order to close this loan you need to pay the appraiser up front you need to send the money right away . it was sunday every thing was closed so he told me to wire the money so i went to wallmart wired a money gram to an appraisal that didnt exist it was to him . i called the main supervisor mike yuskanich he said i will make it right ,conected me with another supivisor john ledger to take over my loan he came out with different figuers not what the agreement was whole different numbers. the appraiser never showed up 400.00 was still owed to me never payed to me they were refered by lending tree which i wound if they are part of this scandel also
