I was looking for credit so I called the number and a lady named Yvonne answered the phone and told me about the program. So I said okay. But the next day I decided to cancel and the same lady told me that it was already submitted to my account. I told her I wanted it reversed but she said that all they could do was to send me vouchers that added up to my $200. I told her that I didnt want that. She said wait until the book arrive and see if there was anything I want in it. So I called back and she said to go on line to order. Well, I tried to get online and it wouldn't let me in. So I called back and the same lady answered and told me that it was being updated and try in 2 days. I did that but still couldn"t get online.The next time I called to place an order, she told me that I had to put a percentage down before I could get any merchandise. I got really mad and hung up the phone on her. So I forgot about it for a while and now I logged on and this is what I get. Thanks sooo much for the Ripoff Report. I hope now I can get my money back. I still have my monthly statement to prove my point. thans again
