American Financial Incorporated poses as a financial company to sell a timeshare. It is a company that does not exist as the address is a po box in tampa fl. An "agent" Wendy Fuller They stated they have a buyer for my timeshare and after doing some research they are fraudlent. She then has you wire money or send a money order (supposedly for title fees) to an account which they claim to be an escrow account and it is not. It is a personal account. They say the escrow is through the attorneys Brown esquire and the account is a personal account with the person last name being Brown. Don't be fooled by these people. American financial, central florida title and holding, or Brown esquire! I paid them alot of money to try and sell the timeshare and had a feeling it was fraudlent to begin with and now I cannot get my money back.
