After enrolling and paying an enrollment fee of $1,295 I never heard back from the company. Every time I called my rep back there was no answer. I was always transferred to Randy who also never answers or returns calls. At this point I went to back to the website and went to the BBB link to make a complaint and I was informed by the BBB that I was trying to make a complaint against a company called "Member Service Provider" which is the company that that www.americanfreedomfinancial.com refers you to, however HERE IS THE CATCH... Apparently American Freedom Financial is an "enrollment" company for a company called "Member Service Provider". American Freedom Financial is allowed to post the BBB of Member Service Provider on their website since they are technically a "partner" of theirs. When you go to make a complaint the BBB refers you to PAN Associates out of Orange, CA. PAN Associates, Inc runs a DBA (doing business as) name as American Freedom Financial. This is how they trick you into thinking they have an A+ BBB when in fact they have a F. Pan Associates, Inc, which is also known as American Freedom Financial is listed on the BBB with an F rating and shows they have only been in business since November of 2007, not the 15+ years they claim with Member Service Provider.
