Come to find out the manufacture no longer makes the missing furniture items. I filed a complaint against them to the BBB. I spoke to the regional manager who was a total douche bag. We received a partial refund on the missing furniture but not no where near enough to even buy replacement items that were missing. The RM told me that was the best he could do. Completely unacceptable.
This business is dishonest and the people working for them are just as bad. From the ass-wipe RM to the salespeople. NEVER buy furnitire from them unless you have money to burn.
