We went into the Columbus East store right after getting a sales ad to look at the King size mattress sets and were told that the only ones in stock were several hundred dollars above the $500-$600 we planned on spending because all the ones on sale were out of stock and would not be in for a few weeks. So I said to my husband well just get the recliner and the salesman quickly interrupted our conversation to rudely tell us that they were out of all the recliners to and they would take a week to get. I was taken back and said you dont have the recliners either? And the ad isnt even three days old? he rudely replied Like I JUST TOLD YOU, they will take a week to get in! The salesman not only looked and dressed with a serious lack of professionalism, his personal hygiene left quite a bit to be desired. My husband and I just left and do not plan to return to American Freight or any of its affiliates. By the way, the store website also requires you to give your e-mail and phone number in order to contact them with a complaint. I can see the name and maybe even the e-mail, but a phone number too. Not OK.
