American Frieght ripoff the old bait an switch Lima Ohio

I ordered a living room suit, end tables, coffee table, an lamps. Well the only thing that came correct is the lamps. My couch set is the wrong set an color. The tables legs no not fit. They would not do anything for me. I was told to come in an pick out another set when i did they wanted more money for the set i had orginally picked an put on layaway. I could not get my money back an had already donated my old set to charity.

At the end of the day i was forced to take a display model thay wasn't what i wanted or ordered but was the only thing i could have for my money.

Then today i called to speak with a manager an the guy answered said he was the manager named david then switched an said he was steven who i talked to yesterday. Ummmmm How can u be more then one person. He told me they had no regional manager or corporate office.

Then my husband called an talked to an old friend an got the regional managers name an number an found out the corporate office is in kentucky. Well when i talked to the regional manager i got the same run around. If anyone reads this I am takeing this all the way I have already contacted my family attorney.
