After six weeks, I stopped by to get my pillows. When I walked in, Justin, the salesman knew exactly why I was there. He went to the back, got the pillows and had them wrapped for me. I thanked him and left.
As I was approaching my car, Justin ran out into the parking lot, yelling "Mrs. XXXX! My manager said you need to come back in. I forgot to write up a ticket for those pillows." I went back in and the manager said I had to pay for the pillows. She LIED to me to make the original deal. If I was going to be charged for them, it would have been written up on the original sale. Justin would never have let me leave after picking up the wrapped pillows if the original intention was for me to pay for them.
Shame on the manager at American Freight on Fulton Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA for LYING to me, just to make a sale. I'm so disappointed!
