I orginally ordered my furtinure at the Norcross, GA location. When I went to order the product they did advise me that it was dicounted, but they could get the product to me within four weeks of paying in full. Therefore, I did, yet, I live in Smyrna, GA and they had a store located down the street from, so I made the full payment there. I paid Feb 28, 2013; full and I was told that I would get my product in four weeks. I called a couple of times just to see if the product was on the trucks or was there any word on the product, they couldn't give much information, but the store manager told me that it would be there by March 28, 2013. Therefore, I call March 27 just to make sure there was something in the system that would tell me they were going to have it and I could actually get someone to help me pick it up. That same day, I was told that the product was never order. They told me that corporate never responded to the e-mails that he sent. Therefore, they had to order it again and I had to wait another four weeks. Now the regional manager tried to make it better by taking 50 dollars off my product (which I paid 189.00 for the product) and included free delivery. Sounds great, yet, I was still uneasy with the four week time frame. Therefore, this time I decided to be more active and asked them where my product was at and so forth. Called the store in April (first week of April) and the girl told me that they have nothing in the system to tell them what was going on with the product. So, I had to call corporate in Ohio and figure out things from there. Which they told me that the it was being made out of their NC upholstery place. Yet, they can't tell me when it will be here. Now the girl wants to say within another five to ten days, yet, I am pissed. This is the worst. I am so disappointed in them because I have order from them twice and this is the first time I had to deal with this foolishness.
Despite the workable layway and how much time they give it to pay off that is annoying process.
