it was 117 degrees outside in the area we were staying and our air conditioner was sparking, wires were being melted, so on and so forth, i called a repair company, they came, fixed it, and i paid them. when i turned it into American Gaurdian for reimbursement they told me they dont have to cover emergency needs, i am diabetic, epileptic and have 3 puppies, me and them 3 do not do well in heat extremes, but they just more a less said to bad for you, we will not pay. the fix it company told me that i was very lucky this 5th wheel did not catch on fire. still no coverage. while we were in California, the refrigerator went out, they sent someone, he said we had to get a new one, so we took care of it, but when it come to the coverage we were spose to have, they said NOPE, we will not pay, u did not NEED to get another refrigerator with stainless steel doors, well the fridge that went out was stainless steel doors and it was larger than the one we have now, they said they do not have to buy the same exact parts we had but will find something comparable. NOT. that is NOT what we paid for. American Gaurdian BLOWS and i wouldnt suggest them to anyone. NO ONE AT ALL.
