I have good credit and am a homeowner. I also have had loans in past with AGF in other states but paid those off early mainly because the rates are higher than a Prime lender.

But here in Hickory, NC area, they seem to go through many young girls and staff this office with inexperienced pretty faces who have little idea about finance knowledge or dealing to small businesses or even basic tax form documents knowledge.

This plus a State which allows up to 30% rates, can complicate and add problems for many decent borrowers who can easily be caught with misinformation by the inexperienced office personnel. They also inadvertently add negative problems to credit reports randomly pulling them, not realizing how the credit agencies have implemented changes as well as the weighted systems used in calculating credit scores- and they do more damage than good many time.

I for one would like to see thye Hickory, NC office investigated for legal protocols and other sloppy practices we have experienced dealing with them on.

But what can a person expect I guess, seeing we taxpayers bailed AIG (AGF's mother corp) out to the tune of like $183 Billion dollars for their sloppy & excessivelygreedy practices of past.
