This Insurance Co has owed me approx $700.00 for the last three or four months and refuses to pay. I have made numerous calls to this Co and they refuse to return my calls. My agent is Johnanton Lovelace of Churchhill Tennessee. I would think very carefully before buying Insurance from this Co.

I AGREE THAT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO GET GOOD SERVICE FROM AIG LIFE - NOT THE AGENT, BUT FROM MANAGEMENT/CORPORATE.

THE AGENT IS JUST MAN/WOMAN CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE.

I'VE HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM CLIENTS ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO GET HELP FROM THE HOME OFFICE.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR ANSWERS FROM AIG REPS - FORGET ABOUT IT - NOONE HAS ANY - SERIOUSLY.

I HAD ONE CLIENT FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY (NOT ME) BECAUSE HE WAS WAITING FOR A REFUND CHECK FOR 4 MONTHS.

AIG LIFE HAS GREAT PRODUCTS, BUT THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO MANAGEMENT.

AIG HAS NO TRAINING OR SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR NEW AGENTS AND TURNOVER IS HIGH.

THEY OWE ME A TON OF MONEY - WE'LL BE FIGHTING THAT OUT SOON.

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT WORKING FOR THEM - GO INDEPENDENT!!
