American General Life Ins. Company Simply checking out insurance quotes on line,,,shopping for the best rate......this was three months ago.....today, I check my acct and AOG has started deducting $43 that was NEVER authorized!!!! I New york, New York

I took the time to shop for insurance rates on line. I submitted the require information to receive the quotes "best suited to your needs". I never signed a document, never spoke to a person, never entered into any binding agreement. That was three months ago. Today, I just happened to check my bank stament for another reason and low and behold, American General Life Insurance had submitted an automatic draft on my account just yesterday, for $43. I called e 800 # supplied and spoke with an individual who insured me that the charges would be removed and that all I had to do was"just let the policy lapse"??????? Excuse. ME???? I do not have a "policy". Nor do I want one.

THEN. They wanted my phone number!! Hahaha aha!! I don't think so. These thieves need to be stopped from invading our privates lives via telephone. I will be watching my bank statement for any future charges and I recommend that you do the same if you have searched premium rates on any American General Life Insurance site,
