American Health Advantage Carrington Plan Not Accepted; Company unresponsive; no refunds; Fraudulent Claims Lake Mary, Florida

From November 2011 through August 2012, I paid monthly premiums, $19.95,  to American Health advantage (AHA), for their Dental/Prescription discount program. I never found a provider who would accept their plan, despite the specific companies they claimed did participate (e.g., Costco, Walmart). I cancelled the plan late in August 2012, after the premium debit for September had been made. AHA refused me any benefits for Spetember, even though I had paid for Spetember. My experience is identical to several others on thisi site, regarding AHA. I am preparing a small claioms action, and am asking my bank for a charge-back; and am sending my complaint to the FL attorney general and the Feds.
