on july 21 2012 we call ahs services for repair our unit ac they sent air doctor co. we report both first to ahs in the complain the complete unit is broken also to the ac repair. the component of the air unit consist colder/heater, he repair or adapt a fan from other equipment to our equipment, and he said dont have time to repair the heater, he come next month in a recall 60 days services for finish the incomplete first service.

 after various tel calls and email messages they said we need to adapt again for the heater because usa dont have parts for this ac unit, we reply according to the promo apply the procedures and he reply this company never never replace any unit for everybody, then he tried to recover another 125.00 for service deductibles we deny to paid first to all this is a recall for the first service that air doctor fail to repair from the beggining, also our lawyers send a letter to AHS and lory nelson a corrupt employer reply a hear say letter and ahs send to us a letter for recuperate 125.00 and our AC is broken, we are elder peop;e we need our heater for this weather time they take from our account 39.99 monthly and our ac is dead, somebody need to stop this abusers and fraudulent company.
