I have filed 2 claims with this company in the past several months one for my HVAC and one for my pool. Both times I was told that my claim would be declined due to lack of maintenance. I have both these units serviced on a regular basis and have the receipts to prove it. I feel that the contractor is rewarded somehow for declining a repair. Really feel ripped off and will be filing a complaint with TREC TX Real Estate Commission.
